LDV Hospitality has been selected by influential local and global organizations to execute a premiere hospitality experience through LDV Events; our events and catering division. With more than 28 venues around the world, LDV Events specializes in creating a unique hospitality and culinary experiences - for groups large and small.

LDV Events has partnered with the Gale South Beach, to offer catering and creative event production services within the hotel's spaces, including The Gale Rooftop and Pool Deck, The Regent Cocktail Club, the Dolce Library and Dolce Italian.

Each event is exclusively catered by LDV's signature brand, Dolce Italian, a Miami Beach mainstay since 2012, and winner of Bravo's "Best New Restaurant" in 2015.

Led by LDV's Corporate Executive Chef, Paolo Dorigato, LDV Events is dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences through our award winning service, and our customized food and beverage programs. Guests will have an unparalleled culinary experience, with menu selections that include Dolce Italian's signature dishes like homemade pastas made fresh daily, and the opportunity to customize the menu to meet all event needs.

Events at Gale South Beach are customized to create memorable and unique experiences for each of our guests, and our venues are designed with this flexibility in mind. From breakfast meetings in Dolce Library, to lunches on the Dolce Garden terrace, to rooftop cocktail receptions and after parties in The Regent Cocktail Club; groups can plan a fully interactive and dynamic day of events with no transportation required.
