From hosting rooftop pool party events in partnership with Sports Illustrated, to multi-day nightlife pop-ups with renowned global groups like 1OAK, LDV Events is well versed in event partnerships with a variety of event type and partnership structures. 

From black light parties during Art Basel with artist Eddy Bogaert to 5-day Red Bull Guest House Takeovers, the property is well versed in what it takes for a splash-worthy consumer event.

Our seasoned beverage team specializes in curating private dinners for guests looking to venture outside of a traditional dining experience. The LDV Events team will take guests on a journey through a wine region, with food pairings for each course. Our wine and culinary tastings are available in any of our spaces, for groups of 15 - 100.

The Gale South Beach, catered by Dolce Italian, lends itself well to Galas and Benefit Dinners, with seating for up to 150 in the Main Dining Room, with flexibility for a separate reception space on the rooftop or in the Dolce Garden. With a variety of spaces throughout the hotel, there is plenty of space for guest check-in, keynote speaker greenrooms, and silent auction areas. 

Dolce Itlian offers a full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, offering a convivial family style dinner or passed appetizers, depending on the mood of the evening. The LDV Events team can work with non-profits on special menus in consideration of budget.
