Opened January 2013 by LDV Hospitality, Dolce Italian has a three-star review from the Miami Herald and was voted "Best New Restaurant" on Bravo in 2015. Located on the ground floor of the Gale South Beach on bustling Collin's Ave, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and caters all special events throughout the hotel. 

Italian-born Chef Paolo’s menu of updated Italian classics includes creamy polenta with meatballs, Spinach Ricotta Ravioli, and a classic Gardanelli Pomodoro, served family-style for a warm, convivial dinner.

The Dolce Italian Main Dining Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel, and can be used as a daytime space for private meetings, breakfasts and lunches, or an evening space for dinners of up to 100 people.

The Main Dining Room can be used in conjunction with any other spaces in the hotel to create a multi-venue experience, like hosting a reception in the Dolce Library before sitting down for dinner, followed by a rooftop cocktail hour.

Ideal for private dining, corporate meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette and bachelor dinners, rehearsal dinners and other celebratory events.

The Dolce Library, tucked into the back of the Gale South Beach, offers a unique space for private cocktail receptions and seated dinners, catered by Dolce Italian. The space can be set up with one long royal table, round tables, or multiple long rectangles (pictured).

Daytime meetings can be accommodated in the space with classroom or boardroom seating. A breakfast or lunch buffet can be set up on the full bar or meetings can be fully serviced from Dolce.
